Double room in Hanham Mon-Fri w/ Cleaner

Attractive, large, recently refurbished room in Hanham.

We are looking for a Mon-Fri lodger, ideally female professional. No smokers. References required.

The room is compromised of double bed (with fresh bedding provided every week), wardrobe space, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, tub chair and TV. TV will require a fire stick or laptop to be plugged in. A desk and chair can be provided,

We have central heating and double glazing to all rooms with thermostats on all radiators.

Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and all utensils.

Separate dining area, lounge and conservatory all furnished and with heating. Washing machine, washing line and iron and ironing board available for use. Large and secure rear back garden with patio and BBQ, good for cycle storage.

High-speed wireless broadband and all bills and utilities included. There is a cleaner once a week.

The local area:

Hanham is a lovely area outside of Bristol city centre, with easy and regular bus routes making it perfect for commuting. There is a high street nearby with a Co-Op and a Lidl, and an Aldi and Asda a 5 minute drive or bus journey. Another bus runs to Southmead hopsital.

There is easy access to the Ring Road and Longwell Green retail park which has several stores, a gym, cinema and restaurants.

About us:

We are a couple who enjoy gaming, cooking, reading and walking. One of us works away a few nights a week, while the other is out doing various hobbies most evenings! We have a cat who lives under the bed, unless you are allergic to pets you will not even notice she's there - she is a rescue and doesn't come out very much.

The room would be ideal for a Professional person working in the Bristol area during the week.
Minimum age 22, no pets and no smoking or vaping inside the house. Sorry no couples.
