Large double bedroom in 3 bed, semi-detached house. 3rd bedroom is set up as an office. Sharing the house with 29 year old female (owner) and 2 well behaved cats. Large bathroom with shower and bath. Shared with me but I also have an en suite so don’t use the main bathroom frequently. Large kitchen with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Large open plan living room/dining room. Large back garden. Road parking (no permit required) immediately outside the house. Shared use of driveway. All bills included (including WiFi). Initially looking to rent on a monthly rolling contract but happy to discuss a longer contract as required. (Photos of bedroom show current housemates personal items and decor which will all obviously be moved. Furniture will remain but some can be stored if it is not required.)
