Room to rent

I have a room in my house to rent with Parking. There will be use of another bedroom for use by the lodger. This room will have a sofa and clothes storage. The shower rooms is shared and there is also a bath for occasional use with approval. There is safe storage for a bike and small items. There is a private car parking area outside the house that the lodger can use at their own risk. The applicant will be a non smoking and light drinking person who is clean and tidy. There is locks on the doors for security. References will be required
