The bedroom is fully furnished with a huge fitted wardrobe. The bed is king size. The room looks over the back garden.

Their is also a smaller double bedroom available which has a desk in which could be used as a second home office if you work from home too (Room 1 on pictures). This would be an extra £50 per month (£650 into total)

I am a tidy and friendly person. I used to travel a lot with work but since the pandemic I have been working from home. I enjoy all types of sports and am a keen cyclist.

Garage - secure and alarmed with ample bike storage. Turned into a gym during lockdown.

Kitchen - dishwasher, microwave, oven, steam oven, coffee machine, soda stream.

Utility room - washer and dryer with space to dry clothes

Broadband speed - 350mb

Lounge - surround sound sonos system with 4K curved tv - ideal for movie night.

Parking is on road but it’s a very quiet drive so you won’t have any issues

Local amenities - Aldi a 2 minute drive. The city centre is 5 miles or a 15 minute drive (off peak) & cribs causeway shopping mall is a 5 minute drive. Blaise castle estate is a 5 minute walk and Clifton Downes is 3 miles for lots of outdoor space.
