I have a double room available for rent in the Henbury area. The rent for a single person is £750 per month, inclusive of all bills, and the deposit required is £750. For couples, the rent is £1000 per month.

The room has recently been updated with new flooring, a new toilet, and a shower. Additionally, it has its own toilet and basin. The location is highly convenient, with supermarkets such as Aldi, Co-op, and Iceland just a five-minute walk away. There are also bus routes, such as the 1 and 76, that run to the city center within approximately 20-25 minutes. Moreover, the 76 route also connects to Southmead Hospital, and my flat is in close proximity to Southmead Hospital.
