En suite Room to Rent

A new, clean but compact room with own bathroom and shower, with shared use of living area and kitchen. Ideally looking for a tenant to stay up to a maximum of 4-5 days per week (either weekdays or weekends), price listed would be based on this but negotiable based on number of days and amenities to be used.

Short term stays < 1 month are also welcome.

There are some additional furnishings not included in the current photos (blackout curtains, bathroom mirror) and I am flexible about other furnishing requirements upon request. Bed shown is a small double.

Looking for a single, respectful person who values cleanliness and peace & quiet.
