Double en-suite room

We moved in (Rhianna and Tom) in October and have been slowly getting the place nice and homely. With mortgage and life costs we are looking to get a lodger in to help out.

We are really easy going people who don’t take themselves too seriously and like a laugh. We each own a dog so you would have to be ok with dogs and massive bonus points if you enjoy walking them.

Any questions please ask. The house is a four bedroom but you’ll have your own bathroom and toilet. Shared use of the two lounges, dinning room and kitchen. Hoping to find someone who is easy to get on with and isn’t messy around the house.

Room comes with double bed with some storage below, wooden shutters on the windows, wardrobe, two sets of draws, double sink, large walk in shower.

Ideal location being 10 minutes walk from Gloucester Road which has loads of great restaurants and amenities, (FED, Sainsbury’s, Boston Tea party, Lona, jeans bistro to name a few). At the end of the road (1minute) is Horfield common and Tesco Extra, with great pubs very close like Gloucester Old Spot, The Wellington and Bee hive. Close to Henleaze and Westbury on Trym and South Mead Hospital.

We can get rid of furniture if you have your own and want to bring it with you.
