Hello!
I am looking for a flatmate from the 1st of May.
The house is located in BS9, really close to the Downs and to the local High Street. Waitrose and Scott’s Cinema are 2 mins away on foot. The bus lines 1 and 2 have stops at both ends of the road. The journey to the town centre is about 30/35 minutes. On foot it takes about 45 minutes to get to the Triangle.
The double room on offer is within a spacious ground floor flat with a large garden. There’s a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is really bright and tastefully decorated and it is located in a quiet side street.
I live here on my own but I own 3 well-behaved cats.
I am looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful professional to join us in sharing this beautiful house.

The rent is £750 for the room and about £150 for monthly bills.
Bills include energy, water, council tax and WI-FI.
