Shared use of the kitchen, separate fridge, dining room and large family bathroom. There is a garden with a garage which would be ideal to store bikes.

Ideal location for Southmead Hospital, Filton and Abbey Wood with easy access to the City centre (approx 15 mins), M4 and M5 motorways. Buses run regularly into the city centre from the end of the road. The house is in Oakwood Road approx 2 min walk from the Eastfield Inn.

There is on street parking available outside the house.

Bills and council tax are included in the rent.

We would be looking for £500 per month

This is our family home, we have children in their mid / late 20s that have left home that come home occasionally, we have 1 cat and a young dog. Our interests are Sport (Bristol rugby), camper vans as we own a T5, pub quizs etc.
