Working Professional Housemate Wanted

Hi!

My two flat mates and I are looking for someone to move into our home. Our current flatmate has sadly had to move for a job offer, so we have a spare bedroom available for the right person.

The house is based in Henleaze. It's a stones throw away from the Downs and is close to Waitrose, a co-op, boots, costa, small cinema and a few restaurants/pubs. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house that can be used in the evenings and weekends (they are reserved mon-fri from 9am - 5am). For those working in the centre of Bristol and don't drive, there are two bus routes that are a few minutes walk.

The bedroom available is a double room and the house itself is really big, so there’s plenty of space. Aside from that, we have a communal kitchen, living room and a bathroom/shower room. One of us will be moving out soon so there will be availability to move into a bigger bedroom/

It’s £350 for rent and £75 for bills (with an additional £350 deposit, i. e. one months rent).

We’re looking for a fourth flatmate who is clean, tidy, reliable and sociable. We do socialise quite a bit but enjoy our own space too when we need it!

I'm a Junior UX Designer, Alice is a teachers assistant currently, and Katie works in administration. We all get on really well and we're looking for someone who will be a good fit into our group.
