2 room available in a 3 bedroom shared house with a young female professionals. Spacious cosy house located on Muller Road in Horfield. Perfectly located next to Gloucester Road where there are lots of bars restaurants and has a bubbly atmosphere. I have lived here for a year already and love it! This house also has a large rear garden. Free parking on main road.

Horfield leisure centre is a 5 min walk about and has a very good gym. Free parking on the road outside the house with a bus stop which takes you into the town centre right outside the front door. The Ministry of Defence and Filton Abbey Wood station is a 15/20 min walk away with also direct bus links.

Both Rooms:
Large spacious double - £400 per Month
One has a fire place with other lovely period features.
unfurnished but comes with large chest of draws which is owned by the landlord. Not shown in Pic but available if needed.

Bills:
Bills are not included but over the past year we've managed to secure cheap deals with suppliers and costs between £100 - £140 in addition which in comparison to other rooms works out cheaper!

looking to share this house with young and fun professionals that enjoy the occasional night out and likes to explore Bristol and what it has to offer. I am 26 years old. would love to find new housemates who can become a friend and sit around chatting over a cup of tea and watch films and not just 'flat mates' who rent a room.

This house is managed by a letting agency and fees will apply when signing the contract for rooms. This contract is a minimum of 1 year.
