Sociable house looking for a fourth

Decent sized fully furnished double room, just off from Gloucester Road. A 10 minute walk from pubs/shops and big supermarkets close by. Gym just round the corner, and pretty good position to travel to most places.
Garden out back with a few too many spiders but it gets the sun. On street parking as well as a garage round the back. Bills are around £75 a month.

Nice house, we like to try and keep it quite clean, and have a cleaner once a week (included). All young professionals who work around the Bristol area/just outside. We do quite a lot together as a house, drinking is encouraged. Don't mind having friends down to stay the weekend etc... Looking for another girl to keep up a good ratio.
