Beautiful big room available

I’m having to move away from Bristol due to health reasons so I’m looking for someone to take over my contract! I have to go and live with my parents for a bit (booo!)

The house is completely stunning; tall ceilings, big windows, lots of light, wooden floors, a spare room that’s used as a laundry room, massive living room and kitchen and a full sized garage and garden. I converted the garage into an art studio but it’s not really used that much. In summer the garden is full of roses and parking is free! It’s just off Gloucester Road in Horfield so the location is ideal too, but it’s tucked away in a crescent so it’s quiet.

It’s a full sized semi detached house. I currently live with 2 lovely young professionals and they would be looking for someone who is sociable and friendly, preferably female. The rent including ALL bills comes to £630 per month. The room is unfurnished but I am going to be looking to sell my big wardrobe. The living room and rest of the house is fully furnished. There’s a bath and shower upstairs and another toilet downstairs.
