The house is in good condition throughout. We have a lovely garden which is perfect for summer bbq's and even a summer house which contains a table tennis table and gym area!

You’ll be living with: Beth (26) - Nurse, enjoys sports, tennis, squash, gym, chilled nights in, also nights out with friends, eating out.

James (27) - Engineer, likes running/swimming/playing footy, trying new recipes, gigs, cinema and the occasional arty event

Rowan (26) - Cooking in/dinner events, animals, gaming, film nights in, walking

We are looking for a friendly individual who will help to keep the place clean and tidy and is looking for somewhere to socialise with and call home.

The rent includes all bills (council tax, gas/electric, water, broadband, Virgin TV and TV licence).
