Gorgeous house on Horfeild/St Werburghs border

I am looking for a lodger to share my house with, preferably during the week only, however I would consider full time. There is a beautiful 70 foot garden and it would make a very peaceful space for someone who is working or studying. The house is close to St Werbergs and local transport connections such as the bus stop at the end of the road which takes you into town quickly and easily. Very close to several supermarkets, parks, city farm and the M32. 10 min cycle to the middle of town.
