Large double bedroom in shared 5 bed house

Hi I'm Carys, I'm moving out of my shared house to live with my boyfriend and need to find someone to take over my room.

The room is a large double with a lovely bay window that gets the morning sun. The room comes with a bed, desk and chair, and a large wardrobe.

There is a cosy living room where my housemates like to get together to watch films/TV; a bright dining room; a kitchen with a gas hob, oven/grill, microwave, washing machine, and a cupboard, fridge and freezer shelf for the new tenant; a bathroom with a gas powered shower; bike storage area; and a large garden.

You'll be living with Ryan, a student at BIMM studying events management, Ruori, a student at UWE studying maths, Alex who works in a shop and Becky who is unable to work due to disabilities. My housemates like cooking shared meals, going to the pub, playing video and board games, sewing/crafting, going on walks and generally being wholesome.

The landlord would prefer a student to take my room.
