The house was modernised and refurbished in 2019. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. There is a TV access point and socket for hardwired internet connection if required, however there is wifi available throughout the house.

Although the room has a kitchenette the main kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, microwave, toaster, American stye fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, smart TV etc. There is no extra charge for using the washing machine.

At the back there is a newly laid patio with lovely bench set to enjoy the summer sunshine! There is also parking and a bike shed.

The first months rent is half price. The EPC rating is D.

The house is located opposite Southmead Hospital and is ideally located for other local employers such as Aerospace, Rolls Royce, BAE Systems and UWE. The amenities of Gloucester Road are a 10 minute walk away and supermarkets such as Lidl and Co-op are just a few minutes awayas well.
