Huge double room in Horfield £800

Hi, we are looking for a new house sharer for our lovely home in Horfield. Available from 14 February. Must like animals as we have a small, engaging, fluffy dog (hypoallergenic) and a shy, elusive cat. Currently, the room is furnished but it belongs to the current lodger and it will be unfurnished from 14/02/24.
We are a friendly bunch, who rub along really well. We respect each other's space and enjoy some banter in the kitchen. We like to laugh and sometimes share meals but are also mindful and considerate.
We definitely clean up and like to keep the house looking good.
Unofficial cleaning rota, the usual stuff like shower room and kitchen. Bedrooms at your own discretion!
Partners are always made super welcome.

Preferably 6-month minimum let with a view to extending. Otherwise, short-term will be considered for the right person, and rates to be negotiated.
