Three beautiful furnished rooms available

Hey there! 🌞 I'm looking for three new flatmates to fill the three available fully furbished rooms in this lovely home in Horfield.

Price:

- Rent: £325 per month for the smaller single room, £350 for the two larger double rooms.
- Internet: £10
- Gas and electric: £29.75 maximum
- Council tax approx £55 (it was £240 for the whole council tax before lockdown but has gone down to £180, so I'm not sure if it'll go back up again)
- No agency fees

Property and location:

There are four bedrooms in total, a beautiful garden (looking to do some planting so would be EPIC if you're into gardening, totally up for growing our own veg) with an apple tree and a cosy living room and kitchen. There are two loos, a parking space and it is just opposite a bus stop with easy access into town. Horfield Leisure Centre, Lidl and Tesco are close by!

Each room comes with a bed, large drawers, desk, chair, wardrobe and shelves.

Your tenancy:

- Contract would be for 1 year. Move-in date would be 1st July.
- No pets
- No smoking
- No couples

- LGBTQIA welcome ofc!

You would need to provide the following:

- A Landlord's Reference
- One month's rent as a deposit
- A guarantor in the form of a letter from parents or employer.

About me:

Hey hey! I'm Aisha the current tenant and your future housemate ;) I work at We The Curious, an arts and science centre in the middle of Bristol. I enjoy crafts, board games, walks in nature, yoga, trapeze, camping, wild swimming, arts, tranquil evenings and a good jam with the guitar. Looking to create a warm peaceful home with occasional post lockdown gatherings, and shared meals every now and then would be lovely. Housemates that are also chums are wonderful! I am vegan and don't drink much so would be dandy to have some more vegans or veggies join but not essential.
