£500 double all bills included

Broadband Wifi is available and there is a large communal living room with a real fire, shared kitchen with two dishwashers (you've got to see this), good sized enclosed rear garden, garage and limited off street parking.

We are a mature house and so we are looking for people who are looking for a home rather than students.

The bathroom and toilet are separate rooms and we have a combi boiler so we never run out of hot water for the shower.

We make communal bread and I have a Costco card so group trips to the shops happen sometimes.

We try to be a house where we socialise sometimes rather than spending all our time in our rooms, smoking is only in our rooms, and not in the communal areas.

I'm not vaxed, but don't mind if you are but for some it may be a problem that I'm not and don't plan to ever be.

In an effort to get a good balance in the house I am looking for 1 male an 2 females.
