Hi all!

It’s Sam (29male) and Janis (32male)! We are 2 young professionals looking for new housemate to move in from end of March. Moving in date to be agreed between us all, we are pretty flexible!

We are friendly, easy going and clean people. We like spending time together going to pub watching movies, playing computer games, doing fun stuff, however we do like our own time also.

We are offering a spacious First floor bedroom with built in wardrobe. Room comes unfurnished, the rent is £410 pcm.

So this is what we have in our house:

Ground Floor - Big kitchen, cloakroom bathroom and a sizeable spare room - the spare room is for everyone’s use.

First Floor – Potentially your new room, a huge living room and a hallway.

Second Floor – Janis and Sam’s room, and family bathroom (including bath and shower)


Outside - At the front, parking available all along the street at no extra cost, always plenty of space! At the back, we have a locked compound with even more parking space and a sizeable garage. Our garden is huge, we often like to get the BBQ going or have some food and drinks in the sunshine :) the vehicles we already have are a car.

Rent for the bedroom will be £410 pcm plus bills approximately £150 per month. These bills include gas, water, electric, broadband, Virgin TV council tax, tv license and home insurance.

Private landlord, no agency.

Deposit required as standard which is fully protected by DPS, this would be £505.
