Large double in Horfield

House is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Horfield. I am laid back live in landlord but i do expect the place to be kept relatively clean and tidy. The house has a spacious living room, kitchen and study downstairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. My son stays in the small bedroom at certain times of the week and is friendly and well behaved. I work as a teacher full time and commute back and forth to work in the week. The property would be suitable for a professional or student who likes a quiet house to relax in. It has great links for getting across the city from Southmead and Glos Rd. The garden is large and spacious for relaxing in the summer and gets the sun in the afternoon.
