Double Room + Half Of Shared Office

I have a reasonable sized double room available, with parking space next to the garage (garage door is non functioning, so good for storage only).
The house has a shared office space, so if you need to work from home or just enjoy pc gaming etc. There is a cosy living room, a large kitchen/diner, a conservatory and a utility room.

It is over the road from Southmead Hospital, so perfect for those who work there, as well as walking distance to bus routes to cribs, city centre and Clifton.

I’m looking for a house mate who is friendly, appreciates keeping things clean and tidy, but is not obsessive about it.

I am a full time nurse, I work a range of shifts so someone who can be considerate of that would be a good fit. I also enjoy experimenting with cooking and occasional glass of wine after a long day, as well as a trip to the pub.

Currently there is a double bed in room, however if you have your own furniture then i can get rid of it.
