Double Room Available

I’m 27 and a primary teacher looking for another professional to take an available double room in the flat I’m renting. I’ve lived in Bristol for a few years now with my current flat mate. But, she needs to move out of Bristol.

Double room available with a built in wardrobe which has loads of space. Room for additional furniture such as chest of drawers or desk. The bedroom and living room furniture belongs to my current flat mate who is flexible on leaving it here until she returns to Bristol in the summer or selling it if you would like to replace the furniture. There is a shared grass area outside for the flats and a few parks right by our house. There is parking around the estate if needed. Great location with being right next to the leisure centre, has a few local pubs and close to the top of Gloucester Road.

During the week I’m pretty busy with work (often out from 7:30 - 6:30/7). Therefore, when I do get home am pretty chilled and enjoy hanging in the front room watching Netflix. With busy weekdays, I like to make the most of my weekends and am usually out socialising with friends - often down the pub. I aim to be moving back to Cornwall at the end of July and will often be back there during the school holidays which means you will have the flat to yourself during these periods.

My current landlord will want to meet you and have a have reference from their previous tenancy (if available).

Security Deposit is £648 each.
Rent is £467.50 each.
Bills (WiFi, electric and council tax) usually come to around £108 each. Electric can vary depending on the season. So, in total around £576 outgoings each month.
Water is then additional which is paid quarterly.
