3 bedroom property for rent - professional sharers

A 3 bedroom house will be available for rent in the middle of March. The property is currently under renovation, hence the pictures will be available later. I am still happy to show the house around, but it is more of a building side at the moment.

There are 2 double and one single bedroom, good size lounge/diner, kitchen with a small utility area, and a study/storage room.
The property benefits from a rear and front garden. There is an allocated parking space at the front of the property.

The bills are not included. The pictures of the actual house should be uploaded in March, but the viewings before that are welcome.
