Bright double room in spacious flat in Horfield

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take the spare room in my new flat. I've always lived in house shares before where I've gotten along well with my flatmates, so I'm looking for a friendly homely flatmate vibe rather than a landlord / lodger vibe.

About me:

I'm a nurse, but I work 9-5 and 1day a week WFH. I enjoy Crossfit, surfing, music, festivals, being outdoors and converting my van into a camper (her name is Penny) 😁 I'm friendly, easy to get along with, pretty chill and considerate around the house (not a party house) and clean and tidy. I have my own things going on and would like the same in a flatmate, but equally would like someone who is partial to the odd glass of wine, shared meals and a gossip every now and again.

The flat is 20 minutes walk from Southmead Hospital so shiftworkers welcome! Situated just off Filton avenue, close to local amenities, public transport and there is plenty of parking. I have an en suite, so you will have the main bathroom mostly to yourself. The room is fully furnished with a decent sized built in wardrobe, and the flat has plenty of storage space.
