Furnished two-bedroom house in perfect horfield location. Next to the leisure centre, hospital, bus stops and very close to MoD and Filton businesses.
Ample off-street parking and garage.
Sizeable sunny balcony, and separate kitchen and living room means lots of space to sit and chill out. Home office set up with space for two people to work at once, although I typically work in the office.
I am looking for replacement for my housemate who is moving in with his girlfriend. The ideal housemate would enjoy a chilled out vibe in the house, and socialise in the TV room in the evenings, watching shows.
The house is in perfect condition with a lovely landlord who cares about fixing things straight away - living here has been really enjoyable, with nice neighbours and it feels safe and quiet.
Bills are not included, council tax band B. Typical month of rent plus bills is around £950.
Cafes, shops and pubs all in 5 minutes walking distance, plus the football ground and cricket ground walkable too. Easy getting into town, and can walk all the way down Gloucester road from here in under an hour. The house is furnished, with bed, mattress, desk etc all provided, and of course furnished living room and kitchen. The room for rent is a double, and has sole usage of the family bathroom directly opposite, which has a sink, bath and shower, towel rail and toilet.
