Anyone need a furnished short term let?

Hi. I'm looking for 1, possibly 2 people to rent my lovely top floor 2 bed flat for a few months (between 3 - 6 months). It is situated close to Southmead and Horfield Leisure Centre.
It is newly decorated, fully furnished with a large double and small single bedrooms There's an en-suite and a bathroom, kitchen with all appliances
and utensils and a sunny lounge. It has 1 parking space.

The ideal occupants would be looking to rent for 3 - 6 months and not wanting to bring own items of large furniture (I don't want to move mine out).
It is a lovely flat and would suit 1 person, a couple, or even 2 sharers (though 2nd room is a single). 1 pet would also be considered.
I am selling the flat and there may be a few viewings (by arrangement) so I am letting it below the market value to reflect this.
Ideally it would suit someone who needs short term accommodation of 3 - 6 months, is between properties, travelling, moving to Bristol, etc.

Please note rental figures are a guide only, depending on occupany and can be negotiated to also include bills.
