Hey! My name is Andy, I have recently renovated my house in westbury on trym and am looking for a tenant for the master bedroom. The room itself is huge, comes with a kingsize bed, wardrobe & seperate drawers for other clothing. It even has a 40 inch tv on the wall for you!!!

I am clean & tidy, the house is done to a very high standard and i am looking for a respectful professional to move in, so if you think this could be you give me a buzz!

All bills are included Sky (with sports)/gas/elec/council tax/water/broadband (79meg fibre) & tv licence. You can buy your own food though! lol! Oh & a cleaner comes once a week to clean communal areas.
