Lovely, light, v large, dbl in great little house

Lovely, light, large unfurnished double room to rent in great little home in Ashley Down, sharing with one other.

The whole place is light and airy with stripped wooden floorboards and white walls. The kitchen is modern, the living room is cosy and the garden is great for sitting out and for growing things - there's a large decked area, a lawn and a veggie patch.

I'm looking for a relaxed, friendly, easy going yet tidy and considerate person to share this lovely little home with me.

A bit about me: I am a (young!) 38 yr old female who works in education and enjoys the outdoors, meditation, swimming and good local food! I'm too old for partying these days so this isn't a massive party house, however I'm sociable and enjoy pub evenings, chats over a glass of wine and/or the occasional shared meal with my housemate, whilst also respecting privacy.

My lovely current housemate is off travelling and as I've lived here for 3. 5 years I've decided to stay and find a new housie.

The rent for the whole house is £950pcm. You will have the much bigger front bedroom, however we will split the rent evenly as I freelance from home a couple of days a week and tend to use a portion of the dining room as my office so it seems fair to just split everything equally.

The house is rented unfurnished. I've furnished all the communal areas but you will need furniture, including a bed for your room.

Rent is £475 plus bills and I'm afraid there will be an agency charge for checking your references etc. Deposit is also £475. Available from Dec 14th.
