Lovely sunny south facing studio flat with large room and ensuite bathroom. Kitchenette with sink, hob, microwave and toaster. Furnished with double bed, table and chairs and small sofa. French doors overlooking garden and views across Bristol.

The studio flat is in my attic dormer conversion and is self contained and accessed through the house. The accommodation is only for the studio and there is no sharing of the rest of the house. I am looking for a quiet professional on a Monday to Friday basis, and I work part time from home. There is often parking outside on the street, which is a very quiet cul de sac, which backs onto Horfield Common. The vibrant Gloucester rd is a few minutes walk, with cafes, shops, bus routes into town and railway stations.

The rent includes all bills and bedding and towels all provided. Please note that this is not suitable for couples.
