1 month sub let, double room in friendly house

A double room is becoming available in our lovely houseshare by the end of February/beginning of March. We are now looking for someone who would take the room for 1 month (March) until a friend can move in. The room will come furnished with double bed and built-in cupboards.

The house has a very comfy living room, a well equiped kitchen with washing mashine and one bathroom with electric shower. There is some storage space under the staircase an on the top floor landing. We also have a small, wild garden at the back of the house which is lovely in the summer and has two raised beds and a lot of pots for growing veg.
You will be sharing with Markus (30) and myself (34). Markus works as Admin for the NHS. I work full time as a handweaver with people with learning difficulties north of Bristol.

We are looking for a sociable, considerate and reasonably clean person 27+ who wants to contribute towards making the house a home.

Rent is £365 + bills ( £76.10).
