Double room in a lovely 2-bed maisonette

I have a lovely double room to rent in a two-bedroom maisonette in leafy Keynsham (slightly further afield than a lot of places on here but it is a 2 minute walk to Keynsham station which has trains to Bristol and Bath both within 10 mins, and also a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which also has great links to Bristol and Bath)

The flat is technically unfurnished, but having lived here for a couple of years already, I have furnished it with pretty much everything we will need - you might just need a few bits and bobs for the bedroom itself 😊

The rent is £525 per month plus bills (comes to about £650 per month all in)

All of the lettings/contract bits are managed by Andrews who will sort out references/deposit etc. (Deposit is covered by a deposit protection scheme)

There is a driveway with one parking space - I do have a car but if you do too I am happy to share the space (there is also usually plenty of parking at the end of the road so have never found it to be an issue)

Finally, a little bit about me… I am a 27 year old civil servant, so I work roughly 9-5 with a mix of working from home and working away in London during the week. I love all things outdoorsy (running, walking, cycling, rowing and just generally getting out and about in nature) and enjoy a good natter over a cup of tea/glass of wine/nice meal but also respectful of each other’s space and need for downtime. LGBT+ friendly and generally just looking for another friendly face to have around the house! I do take pride in my home so looking for someone who doesn’t mind a spot of cleaning here and there, and generally just keeping the place relatively tidy 😊
