Double room in lovely sunny house in Kingswood

I have a lovely Double room available to rent in my home in Kingswood £400 pm including bills. I am open to a short term or a long term housemate starting form the 1st July. The house is recently refurbished with new kitchen and bathroom and all rooms freshly decorated and carpeted. The garden is south facing and a total sun trap perfect for a bbq or a bit of lazing in the sunshine. There is a working open fireplace in the kitchen/diner which is really nice in the colder months.
I work form home as a massage and movement therapist so you need to have a job that takes you out of the house Monday-Friday 9-5ish. I occasionally work in the evenings too so you would need to be happy to be mindful of that if you are in when that happens. I am pretty happy and chatty most of the time I have a regular meditation and movement practice and try to be mindful of others and their needs. I love cooking, I grow all my own veg and spend time in kitchen preparing it and fermenting things to keep through the winter, often with radio 6 keeping me company. I am really keen on trying to minimise my environmental impact wherever possible and my current obsession is minimising single use plastic so it would be ideal if you were on board with that. I am looking for a housemate who has their own active life in Bristol and wants a quiet and calm home to come back to. I would be really happy to share meals as and when that fits, I like having the occasional dinner party/bbq but generally I prefer to party outside the house. I am 40 and looking for someone of a similar age who is up for putting in the effort to keep the house nice and clean and tidy. If this sounds interesting to you then get in touch.
