Single bedroom in professional home

We have a Single bedroom available in our newly refurbished 3 bedroom home in Kingswood.

Single room (£450pcm) is furnished with: a single bed that accommodates storage underneath, wardrobe (incl. 3 drawers) & wall mounted smart tv.

Shared areas include: bathroom, lounge, kitchen, utility, conservatory and garden. Parking is available on a driveway for up to 4 cars and transport links to the centre of town are a stone throw away.

You would be sharing a house with myself and another female both 27. We have 2 cockapoo dogs called costa & coffee who are well house trained, hypoallergenic & LOVE a cuddles! We are both working professionals working weekdays only & from home during the pandemic.
