Hi,

I have a single room for rent in my home in Kingswood. The room comes with a single bed, , double wardrobe, chest of drawers and night stand.

There is a large lounge / diner and kitchen with plenty of room, south facing garden with hot tub, high speed internet and table football table. Bathroom has a bath and large shower.

The house has been fully refurbished in the last couple of years.

All bills and games of table football included.

Located a 30 second walk from Kingschase Shopping Centre, high street and main bus route. There’s parking in the local area with easy access to M4/M5, city centre and ring road, and also a quick 10 minute ride to the Bristol to Bath cycle track. Lots of shops and restaurants in the local area with all of the major banks, several large supermarkets and several smaller ones which are open late.
