Large double in lovely, tidy, spacious house.

Hello!

My name is Lawrence, and I’m looking for a friendly new housemate, who’d like to make the most of a nice big space.

The bedroom available is a large double (5.5x3.5m), furnished with an almost new super king sized bed, and built-in wardrobe/storage along one side of the room.

The rest of the house is spacious, and very tidy, comprised of a large lounge, good sized dining room, large kitchen, good sized and very lovely garden. There’s a massive and easily accessible attic, for storage, and free on-street parking immediately outside the house. We also have a garage, which is set up as a workshop, with woodworking tools, and more storage space (for bikes etc).

A bit about me now - I’m 45, and work outside Bristol, in a school for kids with special educational needs. I love cooking, carpentry, gardening, books, nature, art, music, walking, travel.

I would love to find someone who thrives living in a relaxed, respectful, and positive environment. If we have any shared interests, even better!

Moving in date either 1st May, or 1st June (flexible).

No agency - private landlord, who is very lovely.
