Spare room @ a Muslim household

Salaam and hello,

I'm a friendly, helpful living in landlord and would like to let a private double sized, cosy furnished room in my lovely, comfy and tranquil home. The room is on the first floor and have built in wardrobe and closet. Bathroom is separate and is very spacious and well maintained. The room is furnished has a radiator, a single bed, a bedside cabinet, a chair, a desk and a fan. Bedding is provided on request. It has a 42" wall mounted smart TV and free Wi-Fi.

I am a teaching assistant by profession and hold a DBS and first aid certificates. (under 18 are welcome ). I also host through homestay site. You will be sharing a lovely kitchen, a cosy lounge and a sunny, attractive garden.

I would like an easy going, like minded person, who will fit in my family and home well. Someone who believes in cleanliness, knows how to use the facilities with care and considerate of others around them. In return, you will be warmed welcomed and treated like a family.

House is situated opposite to Italian Consulate. Bus stops close by with direct links to UWE Frenchay Campus (bus 19), Direct link to city centre (bus 6) and to Southmead hospital (bus 17).

Walking distance to Fishponds Road and Glenside campus. 20 minutes on TIER (electric scooter) or 23 minutes bike ride to UWE Frenchay Campus and you can store your bike in my well organised garage. If you drive, there is free street parking available.

Central to local amenities, Tesco, Co-op, Morrisons etc, takeaways, halal shops and mosques, Gym, Kingswood Leisure centre, Cycle path, Page Park and pubs etc.

If you're someone who can't cook, not to worry. I can cook Chinese, Indian, kabsa rice , fish and chips and fast food too. (at an extra cost)

Places of interest : Cycle path to Bath city and Bristol City centre, Leisure centre, Gym, Page Park, Mosques, Cosham Hospital, Italian Consulate, Halal Food shops.

Bills included are (sensible use) of heating, electricity, water and council tax.

Laundry washing, drying and ironing facility and service is available at an extra cost.

Rules: No shoes on carpeted area. No Alcohol
