Bus stops are situated directly outside this property and buses regularly run directly to Bristol City Centre. The number 7 bus (takes 46 minutes), and is very convenient for Bristol University. Number 86 bus runs to Kingswood (takes 15 minutes) and is very convenient for Circomedia, Kingswood. SB1 runs to St Brendan's College, Brislington (takes 47 minutes).

E-scooters are also available just a 3 minute walk away (download the App at voiscooters. com - you must be at least 18 years old AND hold a full or provisional driving licence to ride one of these), and can be rented on a daily or monthly tariff at a very reasonable price to students.

Other bus stops for University of the West of England)(number 19 bus takes 47 minutes total time), Bath Spa University (number 19A bus total of 1 hour 11 minutes) are just a 13 minute walk from this property.

• Request a Lodger Application form and supply the email address to which you would like the Application form sent
• Complete the Lodger Application form and return it (make sure you include your start and finish dates for renting). For students who are not British nationals but who are studying a course in the UK, please supply a copy letter confirming your place on the course, and 2 forms of identity documents)
• Wait for 3-5 days for reference checks to be carried out and then you will be contacted with a result
• If your references are good, a contract will be drawn up together with a payment schedule, and sent to you. Please read, sign and return it.
• Once the landlady has signed it, you will receive a legally binding copy with both signatures
• Make the deposit and first month’s rent payment 2 weeks before moving in.
