Large, freshly decorated double room

SHORT TERM LET - 25th Nov - 5th Jan 2020. £600 for total period.
I'm renting out my lovely freshly-decorated bedroom in my gorgeous house in Knowle West for 6 weeks while I'm away with work. It's a huge, furnished double room, and you'd be sharing the house with my housemate (a 23y/o woman who works for a charity and plays the piano beautifully) & my 4 y/o cat Bertie. The house has wifi, a tv, a garden and large shed for extra storage, plenty of parking and buses from the end of the road straight into town - or it's a 20 minute cycle (and a 10 min cycle to North Street with great restaurants and bars). The address is Poyntz Road. Ideally this would be for a single person but couples could be considered. Sorry, no pets or smokers.
I'd need to the £600 upfront + a £250 deposit (which would be returned after the stay), plus ID and a work or previous letting reference. Get in touch if you're interested, thanks very much!
