Peaceful comfortable home

I am looking for someone who is independent but also wants to have a nice chat over a cup or tea, occasionally cook together or maybe go for a run! I like to keep everything clean and tidy so could be a good fit if you’re fed up of messy shared houses!

I am vegetarian and ideally looking for someone who eats little meat.

The room is a really good size with a single bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers, small chair, arm chair and room for a desk if needed.

There is a private car parking space and a garden with bike shed, washing line, outdoor seat and vegetable patch.

There are a couple of different buses you can take to the city centre and it takes 25 minutes or you can cycle in the same amount of time.

The street is quiet and most of the neighbours are families.
