Spacious King-size loft room with en-suite

I have a peaceful large en-suite loft room to rent, with far reaching views to the south. King-size comfy bed, desk, easy chair, hanging rail, chest of drawers & great views.. There are integrated black out blinds on the velux windows, which make for an excellent nights sleep. The room is very quiet, as you have the whole top floor to yourself. It is so peaceful that previous guests have been known to regularly over-sleep due to the dark & quiet! You also have a private en-suite shower room.

You will be sharing with me, Jess (a psychologist working in private practice) & my springer poodle dog Pickle. My 2 children are also here half of the week & alternate weekends (though usually at school/pre-school during the day). I am friendly & sociable, though also happy to have peace & quiet at times too!

There is a large lounge, bright kitchen diner, & utility room, plus use of my sunny south facing garden (when I'm not seeing clients in my garden office). We also have an electric piano in the playroom if you fancy learning!

The house is not far from Temple Meads (though we’re at the top of a large hill), & there are plenty of buses into town. Secure bike parking available. Car parking is on-street.
All bills & wifi included, and fortnightly cleaner.

I am open to Monday to Friday lets too, at a reduced rate.
