Lovely double room in friendly street.

I have a room to let for a professional or international student. Ideally monday to friday but I will consider all week.
Bills are included but heating controls are not to be adjusted.
Internet included.
Shared large bathroom with walk in shower and claw foot deep bath.
Washer dryer. Dishwasher and range cooker.
I am not vegetarian so you must be able to accept meat products in the house and cooking.
I have two friendly cats.
I work Mon-Thurs each week and like to have friends over sometimes- if we get on then yours are welcome too!
