The house comes fully furnished. Deposit and references will be required. All tenants will need to sign a new joint tenancy.

I am a live out landlord currently on a different time zone - I will respond as soon as possible and connect suitable people with the tenants to view the house and meet those that live there. I allow the tenants to have the final decision about who they live with.
