Looking for one new housemate

Hi,

I am looking for one new housemate to join me and two housemates in my house. The room is available now.

I purchased this property in October 2022 and have been renovated. The house is as new!

This is a 4-bedroom house, with a kitchen and living room (TV). All the bedrooms have lots of storage (including large wardrobes). There is an upstairs toilet & bath, shower. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. There is a closed garage and big garden/BBQ. Off Road parking is available. The house is fully detached. Its always very quiet here. Please note the buses from the house are bad, so you need a vehicle to go to work or be brave and cycle up the hill.

Little bit about myself: I am French, and I have a White Shepherd that will be living with us. Her name is Cuenca, she is very well behaved (not allowed upstairs or on the sofa).

I have two lovely housemate, Alice and Connor and there is a good family atmosphere in the house. we live a very active lifestyle and enjoy hiking on the weekend, partying … chilling.

We are looking for someone we will get on with, that also has an active lifestyle, professionals only. The house is very clean and so we are looking for someone who is naturally tidy.

We are all very very good friends in this house ... Ultimately looking for someone who will be part of the house, not someone who just rents a room.
