Double Room To Let In Bristol

Hi ,I live on the end of novers lane in a quite part of knowle 10 mins from Bedminster town in a modern 3 bedroom semi-detached house, kitchen modern, breakfast bar with all white goods , 2 toilets , unique spiral staircase (so big items might be a problem) garden modern with decking with lights which backs on to a infant school big living room with sky + broadband The room I have to let is a double room with a big built in wardrobe with sliding doors and a en-site with shower. I’m looking for someone who clean and tidy and respects my property that’s all.
