Lovely short term room in peaceful location

**This room is only available short-term, from around 11th of April until the 2nd of June (around an 8 week period)**

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to take over the end of my tenancy, for around 8 weeks, as I need to move home to be with family.

There are three of us who live here, all of whom met through Spareroom. We're looking for a kind and trustworthy person to stay with us temporarily.

The rent is £475 plus £150 bills, and the room comes fully furnished (including plants and some other decorations) so you could just come with a suitcase!

The current house is me (Meg), I've been staying here for the last 3 months, while the old tenant (Debs) has been away travelling. John, who is a 32-year-old Irish guy who works in software consultancy and likes sports, and Martha, an environmental consultant who likes reading.

The flat is the most stress-free, peaceful and pleasant place to live. John and Martha are lovely, kind respectful people to share the space with, and the room would suit someone in between places, or wanting a bit of a break away from the city.

The flat is next to the suspension bridge, surrounded by beautiful green spaces like Leigh Woods and Ashton Court and within walking distance of the city centre.

There's no cleaning rota but the place is clean and tidy as we are all conscientious and pick up after ourselves, and looking for someone who is the same.

The room is bright, getting the sun all day, and has a wonderful view over Bristol. It's much more spacious than it looks in photos and the flat generally is a great size to share between three people.
