Long Ashton; it is a lovely place to live, being a quiet and calm place with countryside all around; but right by the city. Our home is on a quiet road with no through traffic and plenty of street parking.
Just of the cycle path that travels into Bristol centre (route 33). We are also 2x min walk from the nearest bus stop, 15mins by car to the city centre and park and ride is 1 mile away.

We keep a tidy and clean home and we are looking for someone that is wanting a chilled space to live in. We have 2 pets (a dog and cat), they are not allowed in the bedrooms and a well behaved.
The room:
There is a desk, large wardrobe with ample draws and hanging space. The bed has a near new memory foam mattress.
There is a private en-suite with a very powerful shower and further storage.
What is included:
- All utility bills
- Super Fast Broadband and WiFi (around 300MB down)
- Use of the secure garage for bikes etc
- Off-street parking
- All bedding and covers if required
- Large TV with Netflix, Apple TV +, Prime TV, Disney +, Sky Q with movies and F1 channel
Terms:
Open to 7 days a week for right Tennant.
Happy to have a contract with any tenant to offer protection for you and us.
