This is a double room in a newly refurbished house, upgraded to a high standard of fixtures and fittings. Located on a quiet and friendly street, 1 minute walk to the bus stop and a few minutes to local amenities, plus Long Ashton park and ride at the end of the village.

The cycle path runs past farming fields and takes you into central Bristol within 15 minutes. There are three lovely pubs within reach and a co-op, post office and local shops here too.

There is ample parking and I am happy to discuss your storage needs in more detail!

I may consider a more flexible or longer term rental arrangement so testing the water for now.

Ideally I would like one person Monday to Friday.
