Looking for a quiet working professional female to share a 3 bedroom home with current long term tenant. You would share kitchen, living room and garden, but have your own furnished double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and predominant use of a full family sized bathroom. There would be a spare bedroom for occasional guest visits. Bills not included but are estimated approx £200 additional to monthly rent depending on inflation. As it is an established home then all kitchen appliances and will be included and all you should need is your own comforts.
